A. Alex David

Alex is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in real estate and private equity taxation. His experience includes complex partnership structures and preparing tax provisions, calculations, and returns for investment funds and multi-tiered entities.

Prior to joining Ethos CPA, Alex worked at Cohen & Company and Yurchyk & Davis CPAs, where he prepared both individual and business tax returns. His foundation in public accounting began through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program where he earned advanced IRS certifications and helped individuals file accurate and compliant tax returns.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy.
